我省井灌区大量采用地下管道输水灌溉,但管道系统的管件(连接管、逆止阀、三通、出水口等)大多是用铸铁管和硬塑料管加工,造价较高。现介绍一种用混凝土管做管件的方法,供参考: 1.加工方法:将内径200—250毫米的混凝土管下部两边各凿一个洞(见图1),用水泥砂浆预埋与管道直径相适应的短管(硬塑管或钢管),长20—30厘米,以便连接管道。将混凝土管的上部做成上细下粗的变径段,管口直径不小于地下管道的直径。将橡塑球(济南产)充气后放入混凝土管内作浮子构成安全阀,起封口、排气、放水等作用。出水口放水时,用特制的铁丝架(或木棍),将球阀压到混凝土管的大径处,即可出水浇地;关闭时,将铁丝架(或木棍)拔出,球就上浮,靠水压自动封闭出水口(如图1)。进水装置(如图2),作用是连接水泵和地下输水管道。开机时,水流由水泵压
