能不能用“假设”方法研究历史，是史学研究中经常遇到的一个实际问题。事实证明，使用“假设”方法研究历史不但是可行的，有时还是非常必要的。
Whether we can study history by the “hypothetical” method is a practical problem often encountered in the study of history. It turns out that it is not only feasible, sometimes necessary, to study history using the “hypothetical” approach.
