由于铝电解槽对温度控制有特殊要求,因此需要对槽底阴极钢棒的表面温度进行实时监控,而采用传统的人工测温方法,既不经济也不安全,且效率低下,实时性差。针对传统测温方式存在的不足,本文基于自动巡航的非接触式红外热成像温度检测技术,监视阴极钢棒表面温度变化及温度场分布,获取实时图像和温度数据。现场实测结果表明,对电解铝关键生产设备进行的非接触式红外热成像温度检测精度和实时性指标均满足应用需求,检测效率高,安全性好。
Due to the special requirements of the temperature control of the aluminum reduction cell, it is necessary to monitor the surface temperature of the cathode steel rod at the bottom of the tank in real time. However, the conventional artificial temperature measurement method is neither economical nor safe, and has low efficiency and poor real-time performance. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional temperature measurement methods, this paper presents a real-time image and temperature measurement based on the automatic cruise non-contact infrared thermal imaging temperature detection technology to monitor the surface temperature and temperature distribution of cathode bar. The field test results show that the precision and real-time index of the non-contact infrared thermal imaging temperature detection equipment meet the application requirements, the detection efficiency is high and the safety is good.
