一、前言近年来,我局科技人员对米轨机车车辆轮缘磨耗严重的问题,进行了深入研究,提出新的磨耗型踏面形状。经运用证明,新的轮缘踏面几何形状对减少轮缘磨耗有很好的效果。但是新的轮缘踏面形状不便于加工,一般只能用手动走刀的办法加工。这样,就存在加工精度达不到技术要求、耗时和费力等问题。结合我局实际情况,我们对老式ITCH波兰车轮车床进行了技术改造,研制出电仿形刀架(见图1),这种刀架具有如下特点: 1.能加工内燃机车、电力机车及客货车

Foreword In recent years, our bureau’s scientific and technical personnel conducted in-depth study on the problem of serious abrasion of the rim of a meter track locomotive and proposed a new tread shape of wear type. Proved by the application, the new wheel tread geometry to reduce wheel wear has a good effect. However, the new rim tread shape is not easy to process, the general approach can only be used manual processing. In this way, there is the processing accuracy of less than technical requirements, time-consuming and laborious and other issues. According to the actual situation of our bureau, we carried out the technical transformation on the old-fashioned ITCH Polish wheel lathe and developed an electric patterning tool holder (see Fig. 1). The tool holder has the following features: 1. Machining of diesel locomotives, electric locomotives and passenger cars truck
