目的:对于高危新生儿脑损伤这种疾病来说,采用颅脑超声这种方法来进行治疗,探讨并分析这种治疗方法的临床价值分析。方法:选取的分析对象为在我院进行治疗的高危新生儿患者84例,探讨分析的高危新生儿脑损伤患者通过颅脑超声检测疾病的临床价值。结果:84例高危新生儿中有脑损伤患者74例,占88.09%,其中缺血缺氧性患者32例(43.24%)明显高于脑内扩张患者14名(14.86%),颅内出血患者9例(12.16%),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据此次颅脑超声的测试我们能够得到结论,颅脑超声对于诊断高危新生儿脑损伤的早期检测有明显的作用。
PURPOSE: To treat this disease in high-risk neonatal brain injury using the method of cranial ultrasound to treat and analyze and analyze the clinical value of this treatment. Methods: The selected object of analysis was 84 high-risk neonates who were treated in our hospital. To explore the clinical value of detecting brain diseases by high-risk neonatal brain injury. Results: Among 84 high-risk neonates, 74 cases were found with brain injury, accounting for 88.09%. Among them, 32 cases (43.24%) were hypoxic-ischemic hypoxia were significantly higher than 14 cases (14.86%) with intracerebral dilatation, 9 Cases (12.16%), with statistical significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Based on this craniocerebral ultrasound test we can conclude that cranial ultrasound has a significant role in the early detection of high-risk neonatal brain injury.
