报导我院籍助杂交瘤技术建立的二组分泌抗人血小板单克隆抗体的SZ-2和SZ-21杂交瘤细胞株的常规、C显带和G显带染色体的研究。染色体分析证明杂交瘤SZ-2和SZ-21均具有亲本的特点,确由小鼠脾细胞与NS-1细胞融合而来。
The routine, C-banding, and G-banding chromosomes of the SZ-2 and SZ-21 hybridoma cell lines secreting anti-human platelet monoclonal antibodies were established in our institution’s help with hybridoma technology. Chromosome analysis demonstrated that the hybridomas SZ-2 and SZ-21 all had the characteristics of a parent and were indeed derived from the fusion of mouse spleen cells with NS-1 cells.
