微量?的极谱测定,我们曾用NaCl;NH_4OH—NH_4Cl及EDTA分别作为底液进行了一系列实验工作,发现以NaCl为底液时,描绘出来的波形不好,不能适应微量?的测定要求,以0.1M NH_4OH—NH_4Cl为底液时波形比用NaCl的情况较好,但有如下缺憾。P.Valenta指出Ge~(+4)在0.1M NH_4OH—NN_4Cl底液中还原,显二个波。前波为Ge~(+4)还原成金属的波(E_(1/2)=-1.72伏),波高与浓度成比例,后波是氢接触波(E_(1/2)=-1.9伏)不与浓度成正比,
