结合双向张弦梁结构的特点,详细介绍了于家堡某建筑中庭尺寸为33.45m×31.35m的采光顶结构选型和设计过程。采用MIDAS/Gen 2013软件计算得到预应力对张弦梁结构在荷载作用下位移的影响,较为准确地确定了张弦梁中所要施加的预应力值,并验证了该方法的可行性。对设计软件中将计算结果线性叠加的方法进行了验算,得出了其对于预应力结构的不适用性,给出了正确的计算方法并加以验证。同时,给出了6根梁相交的特殊预制节点,避免了梁与梁之间的相贯和小角度的焊接作业。
Combined with the characteristics of the bidirectional beam string structure, the selection and design process of the lighting roof structure with atrium size of 33.45m × 31.35m in detail is introduced in detail. Using MIDAS / Gen 2013 software, the influence of prestress on the displacement of the beam string structure under load was obtained. The prestress value to be applied in the beam was determined more accurately and the feasibility of the method was verified. The method of linear superposition of the calculation results in the design software is checked, and its applicability to the prestressed structure is obtained. The correct calculation method is given and verified. At the same time, a special prefabricated joint with six beams is given, which avoids the welding of the intersecting and the small angle between the beam and the beam.
