目的分析病历复印的现状,引入精益管理理论,进一步提高服务质量和服务效率。方法运用精益管理方法 ,分析病历复印中的若干缺陷,发现问题,及时改善。结果通过改善病历复印中的不同环节,使我院病历复印工作服务质量和效率得到了较大提高。结论引入精益管理方法 ,使医院的服务得到了高质量的延伸,群众满意度大幅提高。
Objective To analyze the current situation of medical records and introduce the theory of lean management to further improve the service quality and service efficiency. Methods Lean management methods were used to analyze some shortcomings in medical records and to find out the problems and to improve them in time. The results of the medical records through the improvement of different aspects of copying, medical records in our hospital photocopying service quality and efficiency has been greatly improved. Conclusions The introduction of lean management methods has resulted in high-quality extension of hospital services and a substantial increase in people’s satisfaction.
