因飞机导管种类多、数量大、形状复杂,针对传统定位装夹技术无法满足飞机导管精确、高效、敏捷制造需求,探讨了飞机导管数字化柔性定位装夹技术方案。提出了阵列式夹具、被动数字化重构夹具和自主数字化重构夹具3种飞机导管数字化柔性定位装夹技术方案,为实现导管数字化定位、高效精确装夹提供解决方案,达到缩短导管制造装备周期,降低制造成本的目的。
Due to the large number of aircraft catheters, large numbers and complicated shapes, the traditional positioning clamping technology can not meet the requirements of precise, efficient and agile manufacture of aircraft catheters. The technical solution of digitizing and flexible positioning and clamping of aircraft catheters is discussed. The digital flexible positioning clamp technology scheme of three kinds of aircraft catheters, array array fixture, passive digitization reconstruction fixture and independent digital reconstruction fixture, is proposed to provide solutions for digitization and positioning of catheters with high efficiency and precision clamping to shorten the period of catheter manufacturing equipment, Reduce the manufacturing cost of the purpose.
