目的采用多普勒超声对胎儿大脑中动脉阻力指数进行检测,判断不同孕周胎儿脐动脉与脑血流阻力指数关系。方法选择120例胎儿脐绕颈组和120例无脐绕颈胎儿对照组,检测胎儿大脑中动脉的RI、PI和S/D值。结果 28~36周胎儿脐绕颈组大脑中动脉的RI、PI和S/D值高于对照组,有显著性差异。结论孕37~42周胎儿脐绕颈对胎儿宫内缺氧的影响更明显。
Objective To detect the resistance index of fetal middle cerebral artery by Doppler echocardiography to determine the relationship between fetal umbilical artery and cerebral blood flow resistance index in different gestational weeks. Methods 120 cases of fetal umbilical cord neck group and 120 cases of non-umbilical cord neck fetus control group were selected to detect RI, PI and S / D values of fetal middle cerebral artery. Results The RI, PI and S / D values of the middle cerebral artery in the umbilical cord neck group from 28 to 36 weeks were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant differences. Conclusion The effect of fetal umbilical cord around the neck on fetal hypoxia during 37-42 weeks of pregnancy is more obvious.
