目的编制童年期慢性应激评定问卷并对其信效度进行检验,为儿童青少年心理疾患的筛查提供有效工具。方法综合采用文献检索、焦点小组访谈和专家咨询等方法编制该问卷项目池,并在整群抽取的蚌埠市实验小学三~五年级1 786名小学生中进行测试。采用8种统计分析方法如t检验、相关系数、逐步回归等以及专家评议确定问卷最终项目,同时对该问卷的信、效度进行检验。结果通过8种项目筛选方法,最终形成了童年期同伴欺凌、童年期虐待与忽视、童年期不良生活事件3个大维度,同伴关系欺凌、同伴躯体欺凌、情感与躯体虐待、性虐待、情感忽视、躯体忽视、家庭不良生活事件、学校不良生活事件、个人不良生活事件9个小维度,共60个项目的问卷。问卷重测信度、同质性信度、分半信度分别为0.921,0.946,0.798。探索性因子分析结果表明,问卷结构与理论构想一致。验证性因子分析结果显示,问卷具有较好的按拟合度。结论童年期慢性应激评定问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可以在更大范围进一步推广应用。
Objective To prepare a questionnaire of childhood chronic stress assessment and test its reliability and validity so as to provide an effective tool for the screening of mental disorders in children and adolescents. Methods The questionnaire pool was prepared by means of literature search, focus group interviews and expert consultation, and was tested in a total of 1 786 primary schoolchildren of grade 3 to grade 5 in Bengbu Experimental Primary School. Eight kinds of statistical analysis methods such as t-test, correlation coefficient, stepwise regression and expert review were used to determine the final item of the questionnaire. At the same time, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested. Results Through eight screening methods, three dimensions of childhood bullying, childhood abuse and neglect, childhood unhealthy life events, bullying of companion, physical bullying of partner, emotional and physical abuse, sexual abuse and neglect of emotion were finally formed , Body neglect, family unhealthy life events, school unhealthy life events, personal unhealthy life events nine small dimensions, a total of 60 items in the questionnaire. Questionnaire retest reliability, homogeneity reliability, sub-half reliability were 0.921,0.946,0.798. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the structure of the questionnaire was consistent with the theoretical idea. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire had a better fitness by fit. Conclusion Childhood chronic stress assessment questionnaire has good reliability and validity, which can be further popularized and applied in a wider scope.
