随着经济的迅速发展,城乡英语基础教育差距也愈发明显。农村中小学英语教学受软、硬件双缺失现象的影响,以及缺乏良好家庭教育环境的补充,农村英语基础教育发展缓慢。因此,本文通过对当前农村中小学英语教学需求的分析,以威斯康星思想为指导,肯定了地方高校服务农村英语基础教育的可行性,并提出了可行性策略,旨在利用地方高校教育资源为本地区基础教育的长足发展贡献力量。
With the rapid economic development, the gap between basic education in urban and rural areas is also more pronounced. The English education in rural primary and secondary schools is affected by the double absence of software and hardware, as well as the lack of a good family education environment, and the development of rural English basic education is slow. Therefore, based on the analysis of current rural elementary and middle schools’ English teaching needs and the guidance of Wisconsin, this paper affirms the feasibility of local colleges and universities to provide basic rural English education and puts forward feasible strategies aimed at making use of local higher education resources Basic education in the region made significant contributions to the rapid development.
