目的建立赤胫散指纹图谱的定性分析和没食子酸、鞣花酸及3,3’-二甲基鞣花酸成分定量分析的测定方法。方法选取本省野生赤胫散药材17批次,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立赤胫散指纹图谱,采用相似度分析、聚类分析、主成分分析及正交偏最小二乘判别分析进行质量评价,并测定3种化学成分含量。结果建立了赤胫散的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,确定了19个共有峰,17批次赤胫散的指纹图谱相似度为0.768~0.997,可分为2类;没食子酸、鞣花酸及3,3’-二甲基鞣花酸的含量,分别在1.23~39.20 mg/L(r=0.9
