在公办高等学校着力深化人事制度改革的同时,人事争议问题愈加突出。然而,我国的人事争议防御和救济制度尚有诸多不完善之处,本文拟从一起案例入手,对人事争议若干问题进行研究。
While public high schools focus on deepening the reform of the personnel system, the issue of personnel disputes has become increasingly prominent. However, there are still many imperfections in the system of defense and relief of personnel disputes in our country. This article intends to start with a case study to study some issues of personnel disputes.
