目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定尿液中的16种微量元素,比较高血压患者与正常人尿液中微量元素含量存在的差异。方法样品经质量分数为5%的硝酸溶液稀释后进样分析,将测定结果进行主成分分析与判别分析。结果在所研究的质量浓度范围内,16种微量元素线性关系良好(r>0.9990),检出限为2~143 ng.L-1,仪器精密度为0.3%~3.7%,日内精密度为0.8%~3.9%,日间精密度为1.8%~5.3%,回收率为88%~107%。结论该方法适用于尿液中微量元素的高通量、快速分析。用建立的方法对高血压患者与正常人尿样进行分析,结果表明:高血压患者与正常人体内微量元素存在显著性差异。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 16 trace elements in urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and to compare the differences of trace elements in the urine between hypertensive patients and normal subjects. Methods Samples were diluted by 5% nitric acid solution and analyzed by principal component analysis and discriminant analysis. Results The results showed that the 16 trace elements had good linearity (r> 0.9990), the detection limit was 2 ~ 143 ng.L-1 and the precision of the instrument was 0.3% ~ 3.7% within the range of mass concentration studied. The intra-day precision 0.8% ~ 3.9%, the intraday precision of 1.8% ~ 5.3%, the recovery rate of 88% ~ 107%. Conclusion This method is suitable for high throughput and rapid analysis of trace elements in urine. The established method for the analysis of urine samples from hypertensive patients and normal subjects showed that the trace elements in hypertensive patients and normal individuals were significantly different.
