介绍了一种用砂带磨削玻璃周边的方法,并对其机理进行了初步分析。在相同的磨削条件下,对破带磨削玻璃周边的磨削温度、磨屑形态和周边形貌与传统的砂轮磨削方式进行了对比试验与分析。最后介绍了一种自行设计的玻璃材料砂带磨边机的传动系统和应用。
A method of grinding the periphery of the glass with a belt is introduced and its mechanism is analyzed preliminarily. Under the same grinding conditions, the grinding temperature, wear debris morphology and surrounding morphology of the broken belt around the glass were compared with the traditional grinding wheel grinding method. Finally, a kind of self-designed transmission system and application of glass belt grinding machine is introduced.
