介绍新型ＳＬＴ接触式Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光在颅内脑膜瘤手术中的应用效果，根据肿瘤的质地和部位不同及激光探头类型特点，手术时先用尖探头（功率１２～１５Ｗ）分离瘤周和基底附着点，后摘取肿瘤。大肿瘤先作瘤内汽化吸除部分或尖探头分块切除瘤内，体积缩小后分离瘤周，反复交替进行。肿瘤汽化功率在４０～８０Ｗ范围。平探头作凝固和止血用，毛化探头用作处理血供丰富之肿瘤。结果：全组经治２１例病人中，１８例全切除，３例次全切除；术后１７例无并发症，２例短时期偏瘫，１例失语，后恢复，平均每例病人减少术中出血４００～８００ｍｌ。认为ＳＬＴ接触式激光手术精细，热效应和术后脑水肿反应轻，适合处理脑功能区肿瘤，有其独特优越性

SLT contact laser surgery that fine, thermal effects and postoperative brain edema reaction light, suitable for treatment of brain tumor, has its unique advantages
