- The analysis of eigenvalues of fixed pile-supported jacket offshore platforms is presented in this paper. The finite element method of the space jacket structural model is used for the analysis. The first nine mode shapes and frequencies are calculated. Calculated results are compared with the test results of platform No. 12 in Bohai Bay. The calculated results are in good agreement with the test results, which means that the method of analysis used in this paper may be uesful in the future design practice.
