为了使运用于某波浪水池中的推板式造波机达到技术要求的最大波高,确定造波机运动结构的设计参数及伺服驱动结构的选型参数,介绍了造波参数的计算流程,分析了造波参数的计算方法,以MATLAB 2010b为开发平台,运用其自身的M语言进行编程,建立了造波参数的计算模型。基于造波参数的计算方法以及MATLAB建立的计算模型,运用M语言编程绘制造波机的参数限制曲线图,通过造波参数计算结果和参数限制曲线图确定了造波机的参数。研究结果表明:运动结构的设计参数和驱动结构的选型参数可以满足造波机的技术要求。
In order to make the push wave plate wave generator used in a wave pool reach the maximum wave height required by the technology, the design parameters of the wave generator movement structure and the selection parameters of the servo drive structure are determined. The calculation flow of the wave parameter is introduced. The calculation method of the wave making parameters is based on MATLAB 2010b as the development platform, using its own M language for programming, and the calculation model of the wave making parameters is established. Based on the calculation method of wave making parameters and the calculation model established by MATLAB, the parameter limitation curve of wave maker is drawn by using M language programming. The parameters of wave making machine are determined by the calculation results of wave making parameters and the parameter limitation curve. The results show that the design parameters of the moving structure and the selection parameters of the driving structure can meet the technical requirements of the wave generator.
