用紫外分光光度法,以340毫米波长作图,测得鹤草酚在30%(v/v)乙醇水溶液中的4个 pK 值,为4.3、9.8、10.7和12.7(25±1℃)。用同样方法和条件,又测得伪绵马酚的 2个 pK 值,为7.6和8.5。在实验中发现,鹤草酚的乙醇溶液(2.03×10~(-4)M)在室温下放置1日以上时,其结构有较明显的改变。根据鹤草酚的 pK 值和对其在乙醇水溶液中溶解情况的观察,作者认为鹤草酚在乙醇中的紫外吸收光谱与氯仿、环己烷等溶剂中的不同,系由于部分羟基发生了解离的缘故。
The pK values of agripol in 30% (v/v) ethanol aqueous solution were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 340 millimeters and were 4.3, 9.8, 10.7 and 12.7 (25±1°C). Using the same method and conditions, two pK values for pseudo-panthantholin were measured, which were 7.6 and 8.5.
