随着矿井开采自动化技术的发展,我国对提升机制动技术研制有了飞快的进步。文章基于数学分析方法,建立了矿井提升机电液调压装置和盘式制动器的数学模型,通过两个模型总结出矿井提升机制动系统的数学模型。经过实际验证,该数学模型具有严谨、可靠的特点,对今后的提升机制动策略的实施提供了有力的依据。
With the development of mine mining automation technology, our country has made rapid progress in the development of brake technology of elevator. Based on the mathematical analysis method, the mathematical model of electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device and disc brake of mine hoist is established. The mathematic model of mine hoist braking system is summarized through two models. After the actual verification, the mathematical model has rigorous and reliable features, and provides a strong basis for the future implementation of the braking strategy.
