以42个来源于全国各地不同生态区具有代表性的品种为材料,进行了模拟全国春、夏、秋三种播季条件,每个播季又分两期播种的分期播种试验,对大豆品种蛋白质、油分及总量含量的遗传变异,含量对播季的反应和稳定性作了研究。结果表明:全国代表品种资源具有优良表现和较大遗传变异,品种来源地播种类型不同,在育种上的利用潜力也不同,春豆是品质育种中的一个重要类型,秋豆也可为优质育种提供高蛋白资源。三性状平均含量均随播季的推迟而降低,但不同播种类型品种播季间降低幅度不同,品种与环境虽然存在互作,但三性状的表现仍以遗传控制为主。
A total of 42 representative cultivars from different ecoregions in China were used as material to simulate the seeding conditions of spring, summer and autumn in China. The seeding sowing was conducted in two seasons for each seeding season. Protein, oil content and the total content of genetic variation, content of seeding quarter response and stability were studied. The results showed that the national representative cultivars had excellent performance and large genetic variation. The sowing types of the cultivars were different, and the potential for utilization in breeding was also different. Spring bean was an important type in quality breeding. Provide high protein resources. The average content of three traits decreased with the delay of the seasons, but the differences of sowing rate among different sowing varieties were different during seeding season. Although there was interaction between varieties and environment, the traits of three traits still dominated by genetic control.
