Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to regulate the city’s real estate registration. Safeguard real estate transactions. Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of real estate owners and make these Regulations in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Urban Real Estate Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and administrative regulations in the light of the actual conditions of the Municipality. Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to the registration of real estate within the administrative area of this Municipality. Article 3 The real estate registration as referred to in these Regulations means that the real estate registration agency shall, in accordance with the request of the parties concerned or according to the position
