通过比较几种抗衰老药物对小鼠５种器官老化的影响，观察到延寿方能明显提高老年鼠胸腺、卵巢及股骨的重量，并与病理切片相符合，还精煎能增加老年小鼠肾脏、睾丸及股骨的重量亦与病理切片基本符合。拆方对胸腺及肾脏、维生素Ｅ对卵巢的增重十分明显；青春宝和太阳神介于延寿方和对照组之间，除肾脏外均有不同程度的增重作用。推测延寿方和还精煎对于老龄小鼠的有关脏器具有效显著的延缓衰老作用。
By comparing the effects of several anti-aging drugs on the aging of five kinds of organs of mice, it was observed that Yanshoufang can significantly increase the weight of thymus, ovary and femur in elderly rats, and is consistent with pathological sections, and also can increase the kidneys of aged mice. The weight of testis and femur was also basically in accordance with pathological sections. The weight gain of the thymus gland and kidney, vitamin E on the ovary is obvious in the disassembled side; between the youthful treasure and the sun god, between the Yanshoufang and the control group, there are different degrees of weight gain in addition to the kidney. It has been speculated that Yanshoufang and also refined fried can effectively delay the aging effect on the related dirty organs of old mice.
