目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法:104例智齿冠周炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各52例患者,分别采用中西医结合疗法和单纯西药疗法并观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率90.38%;对照组总有效率73.08%,经R id it分析,治疗组平均疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗智齿冠周炎综合疗效好,明显优于单纯西药治疗。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of wisdom teeth pericoronitis. Methods: A total of 104 patients with pericoronitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group and the control group were 52 patients, respectively. Integrative medicine and western medicine were used respectively to observe the curative effect. Results: The total effective rate was 90.38% in the treatment group and 73.08% in the control group. The average effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group by R idit analysis (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of wisdom teeth pericoronitis comprehensive curative effect is better than pure western medicine treatment.
