目的:建立野生与栽培肿节风不同部位迷迭香酸含量的测定方法,分析比较福建将乐野生与栽培肿节风不同部位中迷迭香酸含量的差异。方法:采用HPLC,以外标法测定样品中迷迭香酸的含量,并进行分析比较。结果:野生肿节风根、茎、叶中迷迭香酸的平均含量分别为0.08%,0.22%,1.07%,栽培肿节风根、茎、叶中迷迭香酸的平均含量分别为0.09%,0.24%,0.96%。结论:肿节风根、茎、叶3个部位中迷迭香酸含量差异较大,叶中含量最高,根中最低,但栽培与野生肿节风的相同部位迷迭香酸的含量差异不大。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of rosmarinic acid in different parts of wild and cultivated euthanasia, and to analyze the differences of rosmarinic acid content in different parts of euthanasia and cultivated euthanasia in Fujian. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the content of rosmarinic acid in the sample by external standard method, and analyzed and compared. Results: The average contents of rosmarinic acid in roots, stems and leaves of wild swollen stems were 0.08%, 0.22% and 1.07% respectively. The average contents of rosmarinic acid in roots, stems and leaves were 0.09 %, 0.24%, 0.96%. CONCLUSION: The contents of rosmarinic acid in roots, stems and leaves of swollen nodules are quite different among the three parts. The content of rosmarinic acid is the highest in leaf and the lowest in root, but the content of rosmarinic acid in the same parts of cultivated and wild swollen nodules is not different Big.
