本文用实验结果论述了外应力对含铜和不含铜的14Mn Mo Nb阳16Mn钢的氢扩散行为的影响。指出在弹性应变范围内,外应力对氢扩散系数没有明显的影响,塑性变形则明显地影响氢扩散行为。实验结果还表明,不同热处理的材料的渗氢性能有明显差异,回火钢的氢扩散系数比未回火钢的高。采用电解充氢和H2S介质的化学充氢的结果基本相同。
In this paper, the effect of external stress on the hydrogen diffusion behavior of 14Mn Mo Nb Yang 16Mn steel with or without copper is discussed with experimental results. It is pointed out that in the range of elastic strain, the external stress has no obvious influence on the hydrogen diffusion coefficient, and the plastic deformation obviously affects the hydrogen diffusion. The experimental results also show that the hydrogen permeation properties of the materials with different heat treatment are obviously different, and the hydrogen diffusion coefficient of the tempered steel is higher than that of the untempered steel. The results of chemical hydrogen charging using hydrogen charging and H2S media are basically the same.
