目的探讨三叉神经痛的治疗方法。方法采用外周神经微波热凝治疗原发性三叉神经痛６１例，术后随访１～７年。结果近期有效率１００％，术后２年内复发４例（６．６％），复发病例再次微波治疗均有效。结论外周神经微波热凝治疗三叉神经痛方法简便安全，疗效显著。
Objective To explore the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Totally 61 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia were treated with peripheral nerve microwave coagulation. The patients were followed up for 1 to 7 years. The results of the recent efficiency of 100%, 4 cases of recurrence within 2 years (6.6%), recurrence of microwave treatment were effective. Conclusion Peripheral nerve microwave coagulation treatment of trigeminal neuralgia method is simple and safe, significant effect.
