根据环境保护的要求,结合我国铝矿资源的特点和强化压煮溶出新工艺的推广,从高浓度的铝酸钠溶液(精液)中制取砂状氧化铝是氧化铝生产中的新课题,为此我国进行了多年的试验及生产探索。笔者通过对某厂氧化铝生产一段分解新工艺的引进消化设计以及对高浓度铝酸钠溶液生产砂状氧化铝的分析研讨,总结该工艺一年多的生产实践,认为高浓度精液一段分解制取砂状氧化铝新工艺流程简短,易于操作控制、分解出的氧化铝产出率高、产品为100%砂状,满足电解铝的需求,符合环保要求。该工艺为我国处理高浓度拜耳精液生产砂状氧化铝并获得高产开创了先例,具有较好的工业生产实用价值。
According to the requirements of environmental protection, combined with the characteristics of China’s aluminum resources and the promotion of new technology of boiled pressure cooker to dissolve out, the preparation of sand-like alumina from high concentration of sodium aluminate solution (semen) is a new subject in alumina production. To this end our country for many years of trial and production exploration. Through the introduction and digestion design of some new technology of alumina production in a certain factory and the analysis and discussion on the production of sandy alumina by high concentration sodium aluminate solution, the author summed up the production practice of more than a year of the process, and concluded that the decomposition of high concentration semen The new process for obtaining sand-like alumina is simple and easy to operate and control. The output rate of alumina is high and the product is 100% sand-shaped to meet the demand of electrolytic aluminum and meet the requirements of environmental protection. The process for our country to deal with high concentrations of Bayer sperm production of sand-like alumina and high yield to create a precedent, has good practical value of industrial production.
