国家社科基金项目是目前唯一的国家级社会科学研究项目。历年国家社科基金项目申报情况反映了我国社会科学生产力的基本状况。本文通过对 1999年前 5年的申报数据的分析 ,对各学科生产力的总体分布、重要研究领域、重大现实问题、生产力布局的合理性问题进行了深入的研究 ,同时 ,对各省 (自治区、直辖市 )的科研生产力状况也作了深入分析。在此基础上 ,作者提出以现实的科研生产力为基础 ,切实改进国家社会科学基金项目规划和管理工作的意见 National Social Science Fund Project is the only national-level social science research project.
