Endorphins, including beta-endorphin and Met-enkephalin, are naturally occurring endogenous peptides that play a central role in neurotransmitters and neuroendocrine in the central nervous system. Due to strong anesthetic effects, significant cardiorespiratory disorders can occur, including bradycardia, hypotension, respiratory depression and apnea. This article studies the relationship between endorphins in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and infant apnea syndrome. Materials and Methods 16 babies with apnea syndrome, including 10 baby girls and 6 baby boys. Age 4 weeks to 14 months. Diagnosis is based on: Parents or medical staff found significant apnea, apnea-slowed down by the monitor recorded apnea time more than 20 seconds,
