由于工作环境恶劣和工作时间较长等原因,导致QSK60发动机出现温度过高的故障,进而影响了正常的生产工作。QSK60发动机采用水冷式循环的降温方式,异常的高温会造成发动机的输出功率降低、零部件发生变形或损坏以及机油变质等问题,会对发动机的工作造成严重影响。本文对QSK60发动机的高温故障进行了比较深入的分析研究,在此基础上,提出了具有一定针对性的高温故障排除措施,进而有效地防止QSK60发动机出现高温故障,对从事相关工作的技术人员具有一定的借鉴意义。
