2型糖尿病大鼠造模比较及其脂质过氧化损伤探究

目的:通过STZ联合高糖高脂饮食喂养诱导出稳定的2型糖尿病大鼠模型。方法:将90只雄性SD大鼠,随机分成空白组(18只)和造模组(72只),并按照不同STZ注射方式及高脂高糖饮食喂养先后分成4个实验组,最终检测FBS、TC、TG、HDL、LDL等指标进行考察,以血糖值FBG稳定在7.0~18 mmol/L为造模成功。结果:高脂高糖喂养后一次性STZ尾静脉注射成模率较满意。结论:通过本试验方法可以建立出比较稳定的2型糖尿病大鼠模型,符合人2型糖尿病特点,为进一步实验研究2型糖尿病奠定基础。 OBJECTIVE: To induce stable type 2 diabetic rat models by feeding STZ in combination with high-fat and high-fat diet. Methods: Ninety male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank group (n = 18) and model group (n = 72). Four male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups according to different injection methods of STZ and HFD diet. , TC, TG, HDL, LDL and other indicators were investigated in order to stabilize blood glucose FBG 7.0 ~ 18 mmol / L for the successful model. Results: One-time injection of STZ tail vein after high-fat and high-sugar feeding was satisfactory. Conclusion: The rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus with stable type 2 diabetes mellitus can be established through this test method, which is in line with the characteristics of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which lays the foundation for further experimental study on type 2 diabetes mellitus.
