目的:探讨日常规范化管理对口腔综合治疗台水路污染效果。方法:60份诊疗用水均为2015年1月-2016年12月期间在本院口腔综合治疗仪器内的诊疗用水,随机将其分为两组,每组30份。对照组不采取任何措施,观察组采用日常规范化管理。观察实施日常规范化管理前后两组诊疗用水细菌定量检测结果,并就两组诊疗用水合格率进行分析。结果:对照组诊疗手机喷水、源头水、三用枪水细菌含量均无明显变化(p>0.05),而观察组用水有明显改善,且显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。观察组实施规范管理后诊疗用水合格率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:口腔综合治疗台水路污染的情况较重,通过实施日常规范化管理可显著改善诊疗用水污染,提高治疗效果。 Objective: To explore the daily standardized management of the oral treatment of waterway pollution effects. Methods: The 60 cases of water used for diagnosis and treatment were all water used in the treatment of oral comprehensive treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016, and randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases. The control group did not take any measures, the observation group using daily standardized management. Conclusion: Oral comprehensive treatment of waterway pollution is serious, through the implementation of routine standardized management can significantly improve the diagnosis and treatment of water pollution and improve the treatment effect.
