In the past decade, the rapid development of immunology has infiltrated many disciplines, resulting in a new field of “immune pharmacology”. It is from the perspective of immunology to explore the impact of drugs on the body’s immune function, so we conduct research to establish an animal model of animal immunity for screening new drugs. The mouse is the most commonly used and most convenient animal for performing pharmacological studies and replicating pathological models. At present, a large number of studies have been carried out on the purification and application of mouse IgG in foreign countries, and they have been widely used in basic theoretical research of immunology; however, no reports have been reported in China.
