目的探讨社区人群(35岁以上)高血压危险因素。方法采用病例对照研究方法,对研究对象进行单因素与多因素Logistic回归分析。结果经单因素筛选,有13个暴露因素与高血压有关,多因素分析有6个因素被入选(P<0.01),遗传、鸡蛋摄入、蔬菜摄入、味口偏咸、体重超重、年龄在模型中是高血压的独立危险因素。结论高血压是一种与遗传及生活方式有关的疾病,改变生活方式,合理饮食结构可能预防或减少高血压的发生。
Objective To explore the risk factors of hypertension in community population (over 35 years old). Methods A case-control study was conducted to investigate the single and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis. RESULTS: Thirteen factors of exposure were related to hypertension. There were six factors involved in multivariate analysis (P <0.01). Genetic, egg intake, vegetable intake, salty taste, overweight, age It is an independent risk factor for hypertension in the model. Conclusion Hypertension is a genetic and lifestyle-related disease that can prevent or reduce the occurrence of hypertension by changing the lifestyle and eating a reasonable diet.
