1 问题的提出 1993年以来,我公司陆续在集团公司管内承接了株洲-娄底、株洲-郴洲、韶关-广州等区段400MHz无线列调通信工程施工,工程中需要在一些车站和区间安装铁塔,以架设天线,从而确保无线列调通信畅通、可靠。铁塔分为20m、25m、30m、35m,在制作后试安装时发现各种规格铁塔都是从上往下第二节起发生扭曲,而第三节以下由于主柱焊接变形安装困难,焊接的残余变形不仅影响到结构的尺寸精度和外观,还会降低其承载能力,所以如何解决加工过程中由于焊接产生变形的问题,成为确保铁塔工程质量的关键。
