一、关于发展人民出版事业的基本方针的决议第一届全国出版会议听取了中央人民政府出版总署胡愈之署长在大会中所做的报告「论人民出版事业及其发展方向」以后,一致同意在这报告中所提出的关于发展人民出版事业的基本方针。会议认为:中国人民政治协商会议共同纲领是我们一致遵守的原则;为人民大众的利益服务是人民出版事业的基本方针。新中国人民出版 I.
