通过测定单核细胞提呈PHA（单核细胞依赖性有丝分裂原）及PMA（单核细胞非依赖性有丝分裂原）引起的不同强度的T细胞增殖反应，分析慢性肝病患者单核细胞抗原提呈能力的改变，结果表明此能力明显减弱。进一步研究提示：单核细胞抗原提呈能力的减弱与其表面DR抗原及DQ抗原表达障碍有关。
Monocyte-derived monocyte antigen-presenting ability was analyzed by measuring monocyte-derived proliferative responses to PHA (monocyte-dependent mitogen) and PMA (monocyte-independent mitogen) The results show that this ability is obviously weakened. Further studies suggest that the decrease of monocyte antigen presenting ability is related to the expression of DR antigen and DQ antigen on the surface.
