目的:建立HPLC-UV法测定十二味丹黄软坚片中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:Welch Ultimate XBC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(14∶86),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长230nm,柱温30℃。结果:在0.0103~3.0989μg范围内检测样品中芍药苷含量与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998);日内和日间精密度RSD分别为0.67%和1.71%;重复性试验(n=6)的RSD为1.67%;平均加样回收率(n=9)为93.42%,RSD为1.49%。结论:本方法测定结果可靠,重复性好,适用于十二味丹黄软坚片中芍药苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC-UV method for the determination of paeoniflorin in twelve flavor Danhuangjianjian tablets. Methods: The column was Welch Ultimate XBC18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (14:86) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: The linear relationship between the content of paeoniflorin and the peak area was good (r = 0.9998) in the range of 0.0103 ~ 3.0989μg. The intra-day and inter-day RSD were 0.67% and 1.71% respectively. The repeatability test (n = 6) The RSD was 1.67%. The average recovery rate (n = 9) was 93.42% and the RSD was 1.49%. Conclusion: The method has reliable results and good repeatability, and is suitable for the determination of paeoniflorin in twelve flavors and Dan Huangjian tablets.
