提出一种对高档卧式加工中心故障间隔时间统计与可靠性分析的建模方法。利用经验建模与MATLAB对5种型号22台XH系列高档卧式加工中心故障间隔时间建立可靠性模型,并通过最小二乘法进行参数估计,线性相关性检验与K-S法检验确定故障间隔时间服从威布尔分布。
A modeling method for statistical analysis of reliability and failure time of upscale horizontal machining center is proposed. Based on empirical modeling and MATLAB, a reliability model was established for the failure interval of five models of 22 XH series of high-grade horizontal machining centers.
