目的:建立乳康酊薄层鉴别和含量测定的方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对乳康酊中徐长卿、龙血竭进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中丹皮酚的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中可检出徐长卿和龙血竭;丹皮酚在0.03~0.27 g.L-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.01%,RSD 2.22%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the identification and determination of milk Kang tincture. Methods: TLC, TLC and HPLC were used to identify the content of paeonol in Radix Lacton and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata. The content of paeonol in Radix Paeoniae Rubra was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Cynanchum paniculatum and dragon’s blood can be detected by TLC. Paeonol showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9) with the range of 0.03-0.27 gL-1 and peak area. The average recoveries were 99.01% RSD 2.22% (n = 6). Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
