研究了超细矿物掺合料硅灰、超细粉煤灰单掺以及复掺对压浆材料性能的影响,并运用SEM对其水化产物进行分析。结果表明:随着超细粉煤灰掺量的增加,压浆料的流动度增加,硅灰掺量在5%以内可以增加压浆料的流动度,8%以内可以提高压浆料的力学性能,硅灰可以提高压浆料的抗沉降性能,二者都会增大硬化浆体的体积变化率;5%的硅灰和15%的超细粉煤灰复掺时,压浆料的力学性能和工作性较好,体积变化率较小,充盈度试验合格,水化产物更致密;超细矿物掺合料用量应控制在20%内;超细粉煤灰的活性、形态、微集料效应较Ⅰ级粉煤灰好。
The effects of ultrafine mineral admixture silica fume, ultrafine fly ash single admixture and composite admixture on the properties of grouting materials were studied.
