一直以来,中国的化妆品企业都重视外界的舆论环境。而且随着企业规模的不断壮大,对媒介也越来越重视。但我们看到大多企业的沉浮起落,只因“成也萧何,败也萧何”!一些企业似乎不太重视内部传播,至少大多数化妆品企业如此。那么,内部传播是否就不重要呢?办了份企业报纸和杂志,就是对内部传播的重视了吗?
All along, China’s cosmetics companies attach importance to the public opinion environment. And as the size of the business continues to grow, more attention is paid to the media. However, we see the ups and downs of most enterprises, because only “enterprises are also Xiao He, defeated Xiao He”! Some enterprises seem to pay less attention to internal communication, at least for most cosmetics companies. So, is it not important whether internal communication is done or not? If you do business newspapers and magazines, is it important for internal communication?
