局部放电超高频(UHF)检测法是检测GIS内部绝缘缺陷的重要手段。传感器技术是UHF法的关键,相比于外置传感器,UHF内置传感器具有更好的局部放电检测灵敏度。以等效高度作为评判传感器局部放电检测性能的关键指标,构建对应的性能评估仿真模型;在此基础上,对圆盘型UHF内置传感器进行性能仿真分析,重点仿真圆盘贴片大小、金属底板大小、馈电杆位置、介质层材料及其高度等参数对其灵敏度的影响,获得传感器典型参数的选取原则,为传感器的性能评估及圆盘型内置传感器的优化设计提供了一定的参考依据。
Partial discharge ultra-high frequency (UHF) detection method is an important means to detect the internal insulation defects in GIS. Sensor technology is the key to UHF method, compared with external sensors, UHF built-in sensor has better partial discharge detection sensitivity. The equivalent height is taken as the key index to judge the partial discharge detection performance of the sensor, and the corresponding performance evaluation simulation model is constructed. On the basis of this, the performance simulation of the disk UHF built-in sensor is carried out. The simulation focuses on the disk patch size, Size, the location of the feed bar, the material of the dielectric layer and its height, etc. on the sensitivity of the sensor. The principle of selection of the typical parameters of the sensor is obtained, which provides a reference for the performance evaluation of the sensor and the optimal design of the disc type built-in sensor.
