目的　为患消化性溃疡的飞行人员寻找一种安全有效而又不影响飞行的抗复发治疗方法及药物。　方法　选用中成药胃得安对本区 30例患消化性溃疡的飞行人员进行了临床对比应用研究。对两组观察对象的消化性溃疡复发和药物副作用情况作连续追踪随访 3年。　结果　治疗组的复发比例 (1/15 )和停飞比例 (1/15 )较对照组复发比例 (9/15 )、停飞比例 (8/15 )明显降低 ,且无任何毒副反应。　结论　中成药胃得安适合飞行人员消化性溃疡病患者在队飞行期间长期服用 ,并能有效地阻止消化性溃疡的复发 Aims To find a safe and effective anti-relapse therapy and medication for pilots with peptic ulcer. Methods Weidengwei, a proprietary Chinese medicine, was used in the clinical comparative study of 30 pilots with peptic ulcer in this area. Two groups of observers were followed up peptic ulcer recurrence and drug side effects for 3 years. Results The recurrence rate (1/15) and GAV (1/15) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (9/15), and the GOP ratio (8/15) was significantly decreased without any side effects. Conclusions The Chinese patent medicine Dost be suitable for pilots peptic ulcer disease patients taking long-term during flight, and can effectively prevent the recurrence of peptic ulcer
