制订一个比较完善的工程设计方案,必须经过较长的工作过程,这也是人们不断实践、认识、再实践、再认识的反复过程。认识的发展过程,是客观事物内部矛盾的揭露过程,也是人们认识事物由片面逐渐走向全面的一个过程。各种不同方案的论证、比较与选择,就是人们从反映各个片面情况的各种方案,进行一次新的综合。每作一次有效的综合,方案就会得到一次新的发展。提高设计思想,能够缩短我们选定方案的认识过程,也就是使我们有可能更迅速地揭露事物的内部矛盾,更迅速地从事物的表面现象,事物的各个片面,事物的外部联系,进而抓住事物的本质,事物的全体,事物的内部联系。丹江口水利枢纽左岸联接段(以下简称左联)设计方案的制订过程,是说明我们对设计方案的认识过程的一个比较好的例证。
