本文围绕为什么一些社会事件引发了网络舆论而其他的却没有和为什么在已产生的网络舆论中,也会存在社会影响差异这两个问题。借鉴风险研究领域的社会放大理论,提出了一个网络舆论形成中社会放大的概念框架。基于网络舆论的要素,本文认为从社会事件的发生到网络舆论的形成,期间经过了信息流和意见流的两个阶段的社会放大,它们具有不同的放大路径和放大机制。同时,在网络舆论形成后会产生一个涟漪效应,将社会影响波及到更大的社会范围。
This article focuses on why some social events lead to online public opinion while others do not and why there are two problems of social impact in existing online public opinion. Drawing on the theory of social amplification in the field of risk research, a conceptual framework of social enlargement in the formation of online public opinion was put forward. Based on the elements of online public opinion, this paper argues that from the occurrence of social events to the formation of online public opinion, during the two stages of information flow and opinion flow, the paper enlarges the society and has different enlargement paths and enlargement mechanisms. At the same time, there will be a ripple effect after the formation of online public opinion, which will affect social influence to a larger social scope.
