针对轧制超厚板对钢水洁净度和板坯质量的特殊要求,进行了LF炉渣系、VD和LF炉吹氩制度以及连铸工艺参数等优化试验。试验结果表明:钢水纯净度达到了预期效果,w([P])≤0.01%,w([S])≤0.003%,w([O])≤4×10-6,w([H])≤0.9×10-6,w([N])≤35×10-6;同时,板坯质量也得到了有效的改善,Q345系列钢种的中心偏析为1.0级,其他试验钢种的C类偏析达到了0.5级;中心疏松都达到了0.5级。
In view of the special requirements of the rolled super-thick plate on the cleanliness of the molten steel and slab quality, optimized tests were carried out for LF slag system, argon blowing system for VD and LF furnace and continuous casting process parameters. The experimental results show that the purity of the molten steel has achieved the expected effect, the w ([P]) ≤0.01%, w ([S] ≤0.003%, w ([O] ) ≤0.9 × 10-6, w ([N]) ≤35 × 10-6. At the same time, the quality of the slab has also been effectively improved. The center segregation of the Q345 series steels is 1.0 grade. The C Class segregation reached 0.5; center loose reached 0.5.
